Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or stores roles is advantageous.
• Able to lift boxes up to 25 kg.
• Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills; ERP familiarity beneficial.
• Good numeracy and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and supply parts to Production Lines.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Stores Assistant to join the team of the stores/ warehouse at our Coopers Plains manufacturing facility

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting a new team member for our Stores areas.

This role is casual and ideal for a University student who is looking to enter the workforce.

The primary function of this role is to ensure timely parts supply to our production area, and accurate transactions of parts from our ERP/Inventory.

The general hours of work will take place between 6:00am – 4:00pm Monday- Friday.

Duties:

Picking and supplying parts to Production Lines

Accuratelyrecording production parts on towork orders

Assisting with out of stock parts by ordering or escalatingto our Purchasing Dept

Following up on any latepurchase orders /deliveries

Booking and managing freight Australia wide

Producing courier labels for outbound shipments

Dispatching freight

Keeping the warehouse neat and tidy

Receipting of Goods Inwards

Processing invoices on a timely basis

Restocking Production Lines

Stock counts

Answering internal enquiries

Prioritising General Duties
