Job summary

A. Clouet (Australia) Pty Ltd – Kings Park NSW is seeking a reliable full-time Warehouse Store Person to join our small, diverse team.

You will manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of organisation and safety within our warehouse environment. This hands-on role requires forklift licensing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse/distribution experience.
• Forklift licence (LF) essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and ensure accuracy of picked goods.
• Unload goods from containers and verify against packing lists.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Rotate stock FIFO and assist with stock takes.
• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch ecommerce orders; maintain admin records.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and support safety policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
• Provide cover/support to Leading Hand & Warehouse Manager as needed.

Our company is a brand owner & leader, importer & distributor of Asian foods based in Kings Park. An opportunity exists for a reliable full-time Warehouse Store Person for an immediate start to join our small & diverse team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

This is a hands-on role and some heavy lifting will be required. You'll play a vital part in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods whilst maintaining the highest standards of organisation and safety within our warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Order Assembly, ensuring the accuracy of picked goods from picking slip. Ensuring the integrity of all outgoing goods
• Unloading goods from containers & checking them against packing lists.
• Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment safely and responsibly
• Stock rotation, ensuring stocks held in the warehouse are rotated on a FIFO basis & assist with stock takes as required
• Receiving, picking, packing & dispatching ecommerce orders including administration
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety policies
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Provide support to both the Leading Hand & Warehouse Manager as a high priority.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environment
• Forklift licence (LF) essential.
• Strong attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physically fit for performing manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• A commitment to health and safety procedures and best practices
• Reliability and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
