Job description

Dynamic Music Australia is seeking a Warehouse Store Person to join our team on a full-time basis at our Brookvale, NSW facility. This is a hands-on warehouse role that forms a crucial part of our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse, ensuring that our inventory systems remain accurate and our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock, verifying goods against delivery documentation
• Accurately storing goods in designated locations using appropriate shelving and storage methods, maintaining clear labelling and organisation
• Picking and packing customer orders, ensuring all items are correct and goods are packaged securely for dispatch
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all workplace safety procedures
• Processing returns and damaged goods, documenting issues and liaising with management as required
