Sky Music is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our Clayton VIC team. This full-time role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and dispatching to support customer satisfaction and efficient logistics operations.

You will perform stock checks, maintain neat storage spaces, and work with the team to meet daily targets. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression within warehousing and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 kg regularly.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.

• Pack products carefully into boxes or containers, ensuring items are protected and orders are complete.

• Prepare shipments for collection and ensure they are loaded onto delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items using warehouse management systems.
• Organise and maintain warehouse stock, keeping shelves and storage areas neat and accessible.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Picker, Packer, or similar warehouse role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to pick and pack items accurately and efficiently
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 15kg regularly throughout your shift
• Ability to work at a steady pace and meet productivity targetsGood organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Basic numeracy skills for counting and recording stock items
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or the willingness to learn quickly
• A commitment to health and safety practices and maintaining a tidy workplace
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
