Job summary

Hire Resolve is hiring 2 x Storepersons for a permanent, full-time position with a leading musical instrument wholesaler/retailer in Chatswood, NSW (Australia).

You’ll join a hands-on warehouse and dispatch team handling fragile, valuable and bulky musical instruments, including cellos and double basses, with responsibilities across receiving, packing, loading, stock counts and safe, organized work practices.

Qualifications

• Full, current Australian driver’s license.
• Willing to obtain SafeWork NSW LF Forklift and LO Order Picking Forklift licenses (training paid by company).
• 2+ years’ warehouse/dispatch experience preferred for higher level.
• Entry-level training provided; no prior warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store and pick stock.
• Pack orders and prepare freight/courier collections.
• Load/unload deliveries and move bulky items safely.
• Perform stock counts, paperwork and basic dispatch tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.

Hire Resolve is hiring 2 x Storepersons for a permanent, full-time position with a leading musical instrument wholesaler/retailer in Chatswood, NSW (Australia).

The Role

You’ll join a hands-on warehouse and dispatch team handling fragile, valuable and bulky musical instruments, including cellos and double basses.

Responsibilities include

• Receiving, checking, storing and picking stock
• Packing orders and preparing freight/courier collections
• Loading/unloading deliveries and safely moving bulky items
• Stock counts, paperwork and basic computer/dispatch tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

Requirements

• Full, current Australian driver’s license
• Confident and competent driving a large van
• At least one contactable employment reference
• Willing to obtain SafeWork NSW LF Forklift and LO Order Picking Forklift licenses (training and licensing paid by the company)

Experienced applicants

2+ years' warehouse, stores or dispatch experience and a current forklift license are preferred for the higher-level position.

Entry-level applicants

Previous warehouse experience is not essential - full training will be provided.

• Employment: Monday-Friday, approx. 38 hours/week
• Hours: Within 8:00am-5:30pm, start/finish times negotiable
• Pay: $28.50-$35.00/hr + super, depending on experience and license level
