Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Co-worker to help keep the store fully stocked and ready for customers. You’ll work as part of a supportive team on a rotating roster, ensuring products are available where needed while maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

As part of the role, you’ll replenish stock across departments, monitor inventory, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high product availability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
  • Organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting and stock handling.

Responsibilities

  • Replenish stock across Market Hall, furniture and self-serve areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Move and handle goods safely using pallet jacks and similar equipment.
  • Restock furniture and home items from small accessories to large flat-packed pieces.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth daily store operations.
  • Use handheld devices and digital systems to manage stock movements.
  • Maintain clean, safe warehouse and sales floor areas; follow safety procedures.

Additional Information

  • These roles are Permanent, Part-Time (40 hours/fortnight)
  • The internal job title is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
  • You will work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 11:00am on weekdays and weekends
  • Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday

About this work area

As a Warehouse Replenishment Co-worker, you'll play an important role in keeping our store fully stocked, organised and ready for customers. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure products are available when and where customers need them while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Replenishing stock across the Market Hall, furniture and self-serve warehouse areas to maintain high product availability for customers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts and investigating discrepancies to help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Moving and handling goods safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
  • Restocking furniture and home furnishing products, from smaller accessories through to larger flat-packed items.
  • Working collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure smooth daily store operations.
  • Using handheld devices and digital systems to manage stock movements and replenishment tasks.
  • Maintaining clean, organised and safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
  • Following IKEA safety procedures, operational standards and ways of working at all times.

You are or have
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments (highly regarded but not essential).
  • A collaboratively mindset and can communicate confidently with co-workers across different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in completing tasks accurately.
  • Organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting, manual handling, bending and moving stock safely throughout a shift.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, handheld devices and inventory management systems.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and following established processes.
