Job summary

IKEA in Sydney is seeking a Sales Co-worker to help customers understand their needs and provide expert knowledge on products and services. The role involves active selling, delivering a memorable shopping experience, and maintaining an organized sales area in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work a rotating roster, including days and evenings, with weekend availability. The position is permanent part-time, offering benefits such as staff discounts and meal access at the co-worker

Additional Information:

• This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
• Applications close 7 August 2026
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
• Shift times start from 9:00am and the latest closing time is 9:30pm.
• You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

• Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools.
• A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
