Job summary

Vadals is a family-owned Australian company seeking an experienced and reliable Order Picker to join our Richlands warehouse. This hands‑on role requires strong warehouse experience and high reach forklift skills, with standard hours across Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders, operating forklifts safely, and using warehouse systems to ensure accurate fulfilment. Training will be provided for RF guns and order picking machines as needed.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence held.
• High reach forklift experience required.
• Previous order picking experience is essential.
• RF gun experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Order picking machine experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Good language, communication and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, including high reach forklifts, safely and confidently.
• Use warehouse systems and equipment to support accurate order fulfilment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, including manual handling where required.
• Check incoming and outgoing stock against delivery paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment and follow WHS procedures.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong warehouse experience, high reach forklift skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

• Monday to Friday day shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm

The Role

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

What You'll Need
