Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a busy animal feed manufacturing site in Harristown, Toowoomba. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, moving goods from production to warehouse, and completing required paperwork.

You will work day shift, Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:00pm, with occasional overtime. A valid LF forklift licence and counterbalance experience are essential, along with physical fitness to lift up to 20kg and ability to work in dusty environments.

About the Role

We’re recruiting aWarehouse Operatorto join a well-establishedanimal feed manufacturingsite (grain/pellet formulation) in Harristown, Toowoomba. This is a hands‑on warehouse role with a strong forklift focus, supporting both dispatch/receivals and production movements. You’ll be responsible for safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, moving finished goods from production into the warehouse, and completing required paperwork. There may be occasional involvement with mill/production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate acounterbalance forkliftto load/unload trucks
• Collect stock from production and move product into warehouse locations
• Complete dispatch/receivals paperwork and basic documentation
• General warehouse duties (scanning, staging, housekeeping)
• Support production/mill operations at times as required
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and site procedures

About You

• Valid forklift licence (LF) essential
• Provencounterbalance forkliftexperience
• Physically fit and able tolift up to 20kg
• Comfortable working in adusty environment
• Able to wear PPE (including masks in some areas) —clean shaven preferred/requiredfor mask fit in certain zones
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work consistently on day shift
• Able to pass pre-employment checks as required
