Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse & Forklift Operator in Narangba, QLD. This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm within a concrete manufacturing facility.

You will prepare, load, and dispatch products, while upholding high safety and quality standards and supporting the production team. Key requirements include a current Forklift Licence and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Warehouse & Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, loaded, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock
• Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement
• Strap, secure, and pack products onto delivery trucks
• Perform manual handling and lifting tasks as required
• Assist customers with loading and unloading orders
• Frequently get on and off the forklift to place dunnage between products
• Work collaboratively with management and the production team
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies, and site rules
• Support production and warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
