Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Pickers for a Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park with an immediate start. Ongoing casual work on day and afternoon shifts, rostered Mon–Fri with overtime, and a 6am–2pm day shift (Xmas availability) are on offer.

Pay is $36.40 per hour for day shifts and $40.77 per hour for afternoon shifts. The role requires reliable, physically fit candidates with experience in large DC environments and a track record of meeting KPIs and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience picking orders in a distribution centre.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work to KPIs and safety standards.
• Live within a reasonable commute to Wetherill Park.
• Available for rostered shifts including overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Pick orders using a voice-picking system.
• Operate Electric Pallet Jack.
• Build pallets from the ground and wrap by hand.
• Physically lift and move pallets as required.
• Work Mon-Fri with overtime as rostered.

The important parts:

• Day shift: 6am-2pm. Must be available over XMAS
• Ongoing role with immediate start
• Day shift $36.40 & Afternoon shift $40.77

What you will be required to do:

Reliable with a strong work ethic & high attention to detail is a must to be considered for this opportunity

• Picking orders using a voice picking system
• Operating Electric Pallet Jack
• Building pallets from the ground and wrapping them by hand
• Physically fit – ability to do heavy lifting and stacking pallets
• Available to work on a rostered system – Mon- Fri + Overtime

To be successful in the role you will:

• Picking and packing exp working for a large DC
• Ability to meet KPI’s
• Have full working rights
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
