Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking multiple Pick Packers for a long-standing FMCG client in the Jandakot warehouse, Perth area. Casual/temporary role with shifts available; strong focus on order picking, packing, pallet wrapping and safety.

Ideal candidates will have experience in pick packing, are comfortable with voice picking, and have reliable transport to Jandakot. Casual with potential for permanent placement for the right applicant.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick packing roles.
• Voice pick experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating electronic pallet jacks.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• LF licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders.
• Packing orders and wrapping pallets.

• General labouring as directed.

Synergie Australia is seeking multiple Pick Packers for one of our long standings and trusted FMCG clients located at their warehouse in Jandakot.

The important parts:

• Current vacancies for various shifts
• Ideally have full time availability for coverage (3+shifts per week)
• Payrate starts at $40.58per hour plus shift allowances and penalties
• ASAP starts required

What you will be required to do:

We are looking for experienced Pick Packers

• Picking orders
• Packing orders and wrapping pallets
• Managing daily KPI’s
• General Labouring as directed
• Tacking part in toolbox talks, leading with a safety mindset

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous experience in a pick packing role
• Voice pick experience preferred
• Must be comfortable operating electronic pallet jacks
• LF licence would be considered an advantage
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
• Be able to pass a pre employment functional capacity assessment
