Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a picker for a Melbourne warehouse role operating with RF scanners. The position runs day shift, Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm with overtime potential and an immediate start.

You will pick, pack and stage orders, update inventory, and handle items up to 20 kg in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must have RF scanning experience, warehouse background, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in a busy warehouse.

Synergie is seeking Pickers experienced with RF scanners for a day shift role at a warehouse in Moorabbin, operated by Australia's largest and most recognised electrical wholesaler.

The important parts:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm (must be open to overtime).
• $36p/h weekly pay.
• No roster, continuous Monday to Friday shifts.
• Immediate start.
• Fully equipped canteen area with Coffee and Slushie machines for use.

What you will be required to do:

• Order pick using RF scanners and get items ready for despatch.
• Prepare picked items for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging orders for distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating systems with picked items and stock levels.
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Experience using RF scanners to pick items.
• Previous warehouse experience in a distribution centre.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday work schedule - essential.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• A positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
