Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to join our team in Epping, Victoria. This full-time, on-site role supports receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will work a 7:30am–3:30pm schedule, perform warehousing duties, use SAP, and comply with safety guidelines. Prior warehouse experience is welcome but not essential; LO/LF licence is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Accurate timekeeping and strong attention to detail are required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate machines.
• Willingness to learn and share skills with the team.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a bonus.
• Current LO/LF licence with relevant experience is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

• Picking and Put-away of products.
• Fabric Inspection, Quality Control and Cutting-to-length of orders.
• Packing, Invoicing and Manifesting of orders.
• General warehousing duties including machine operation, cleaning and administration.
• Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency and customer satisfaction remains a priority.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

We are a leading company in the Textile industry, looking for hands‑on Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in a full‑time onsite role, Monday- Friday from 7:30am -3:30pm based at our Office & Distribution centre in Epping, Victoria.

About the role…

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations. This role covers the full range of hands‑on activities required to keep the warehouse functioning effectively.

This is a busy cut-to-length high volume operation, where quality and an eye for detail is paramount, while speed of execution is required.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

• Receiving and receipting Inwards Goods
• Picking and Put‑away of products
• Fabric Inspection, Quality Control and Cutting‑to‑length of orders
• Packing, Invoicing and Manifesting of orders
• Conducting general warehousing duties, which may include machine operation, cleaning and administration.

Job Requirements:
