Job summary

Coperion Oceania Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory specialist in Melbourne to manage receiving, stock control, and dispatch operations. You will ensure accurate goods receipt, maintain stock levels through regular counts, and handle packing, documentation, and freight coordination for domestic and cross-Tasman shipments.

Responsibilities include recording inventory in the ERP, flagging discrepancies, organizing storage, and supporting service teams with timely parts availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with packing and shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries and match against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Book received goods into ERP on the day of receipt with lot/serial details where applicable.
• Unpack, label and store stock in correct locations.
• Maintain on-hand stock accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Process orders: pick, pack, and ship parts and equipment with proper documentation.
