Job summary

Overhead Distribution Services Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator at our Carole Park facility in Queensland. You will own day-to-day warehouse operations, manage SAP-based inventory accuracy, and coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch to meet business needs.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimise layout and storage, maintain labeling systems, and promote a safe workplace. A hands-on, collaborative professional with strong communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift licence (essential)
• HR Driver's Licence highly regarded
• Proven warehouse operations experience
• Strong SAP experience and inventory accuracy
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Overhead Distribution Services Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations at our Carole Park facility. This standalone role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys driving continuous improvement, maintaining inventory accuracy and creating efficient, safe and well‑organised warehouse processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimising warehouse performance, managing inventory through SAP and supporting the efficient movement of products across the business.

What you'll be doing

Take ownership of the day-to-day operation, organisation and performance of our warehouse and storage facility.

Manage inventory accuracy and stock control, ensuring SAP records are maintained and reconciled.

Coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to support operational and customer requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse layout optimisation, storage utilisation and process enhancements.

Maintain and improve product, pallet and location labelling systems to support inventory integrity and traceability.

Champion a safe and efficient warehouse environment by identifying opportunities to improve safety, systems and ways of working.

What you'll bring

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential),

Current drivers license with an HR Driver's Licence highly regarded.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and stock management within a distribution, manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong SAP experience, with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and system integrity.

Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, safety and processes.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
