Job summary

Gantiel Vensott is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Operations Associate to manage stock, issue materials, and support production and dispatch in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, coordinating local deliveries, and maintaining accurate ERP-driven inventory records. Epicor experience is a plus; you will join a team focused on safety, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles.
• Forklift high-reach experience.
• Clean driving record with a current valid licence
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Confident communicator with a positive team approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• ERP or inventory software experience (Epicor is a bonus).
• Competent in general computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain inventory records.
• Issue materials to production staff and ensure correct items.
• Provide off-the-shelf materials to dispatch for outgoing orders.
• Manage and maintain the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored safely and correctly.
• Keep the warehouse environment clean, tidy and safe.
• Coordinate and unload overseas containers, inspect goods and store them appropriately.
• Manage local customer deliveries using company vehicles.
• Assist post-operations and production teams as required.
• Operate forklifts, including high-reach units, to move heavy pallets and sheet materials safely.
• Use ERP systems for inventory and job tracking (Epicor highly regarded).
• Communicate clearly with operations, production, dispatch and management teams.
• Hands-on experience with electric tools such as power saw and hand drill.

Licenses Required:

• Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Forklift Licence (LF or LO).
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent residence or valid work visa.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and move materials (within safe manual-handling limits).
• Comfortable working around heavy pallets, sheet materials and machinery.
• Capable operating forklifts for extended periods when required.
