Estate Wine Distributors is a hands-on warehouse role in our Kurnell facility, responsible for picking and preparing orders and ensuring timely loading of delivery vehicles. You will handle stock receipt, storage and inventory control, while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in a small business setting.

You will work with a part-time Warehouse Assistant Tuesday to Thursday, and must be capable of working independently with initiative and strong communication to keep operations

Qualificações

• Previous warehouse/storeperson experience.
• Current forklift licence - essential.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.

Estate Wine Distributors is an established wine distribution business supplying restaurants, hotels, bottle shops and other customers across Sydney, regional NSW and interstate. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operator to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and organisation of our Kurnell warehouse. This is a hands-on role in a small business. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked and prepared accurately, delivery vehicles are loaded on time, incoming stock is received and stored correctly, and the warehouse remains clean, organised and under control. You will be supported Tuesday to Thursday by a part-time Warehouse Assistant, but you must also be comfortable working independently, identifying what needs to be done and getting on with the job without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time
• Prepare local, regional and interstate orders for dispatch
• Load company delivery vans and coordinate daily dispatch requirements
• Load and unload trucks and incoming deliveries
• Receive, check and correctly store incoming stock
• Maintain accurate stock locations and assist with inventory control
• Ensure correct stock and wine vintage rotation, including appropriate use of older vintages
• Maintain an organised warehouse to facilitate accurate stock counts
• Conduct and assist with regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
