Job summary

Refresh Waters is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Production Operator in Sydney (Silverwater). You will support daily production, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment, with local deliveries using a company vehicle.

A forklift licence and valid driving licence are essential, with experience in warehousing or bottling environments preferred. Applicants should be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work under time pressure, performing physical duties including standing, lifting and manual handling.

Qualifications

• A current forklift licence is essential.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to make local deliveries in a company vehicle.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, bottling, packing or warehousing is helpful.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities and maintaining stock records is preferred.
• The employee must be reliable, organised, safety-conscious and able to work accurately under time pressure.
• Good hand-eye coordination is required to operate production equipment, forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• The employee must be able to safely perform the physical duties of production, warehousing, and delivery work, including regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and manual handling in accordance with WHS guidelines.
• Clear verbal and written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily priorities and instructions from the Warehouse Team Leaders.
• Complete production work safely and to the required quality standard, including line set-up, operation, cleaning and end-of-shift checks where trained.
• Operate and monitor filling, capping and labelling equipment where trained. Feed empty bottles, caps, labels and packaging materials onto the production line.
• Check fill levels, caps, labels and packaging throughout production. Remove and report damaged, incorrectly labelled or defective products.
• Pack finished products into cartons and palletise them safely for warehouse storage or dispatch.
• Receive and check incoming stock, including quantities, condition and supporting paperwork. Report shortages, damage or missing items promptly.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Operate the forklift safely when loading, unloading and moving stock.
• Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods records, assist with stock counts and report stock issues before they affect customer orders.
• Keep the warehouse, production areas and equipment clean, organised and safe.
