Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to own the day-to-day warehouse and domestic logistics at our Virginia, QLD base. The role covers freight coordination, dispatch, local deliveries, occasional interstate travel and supervision of casual labour, with autonomy to manage operations end-to-end.

• Experience in warehousing and logistics is essential.
• Current forklift licence required.
• Current driver's licence essential.
• Ability to drive the company van and make deliveries.

• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
• Hands-on with assembly work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
• Receive and organise incoming stock.
