New Aim Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Laverton North site. You’ll lead floor operations, supervise the team and keep the warehouse moving safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll manage daily tasks, training, rosters, stock accuracy, and process improvements to support high‑volume ecommerce fulfilment. A current forklift licence is required, and you must have strong communication, computer skills, and a practical approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or team leader experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or manufacturing environment.
• Current forklift licence (LF).
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and OH&S practices.
• Clear communication skills and a calm, practical approach.
• Good computer skills, including RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS).

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations on the floor.
• Oversee receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise, support and train permanent and casual staff.
• Maintain OH&S compliance and promote a Safety First culture.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; complete day‑to‑day admin tasks.
