Warehouse Junior - Pathway to Electrical Apprenticeship

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants a real career, not just a job. You'll spend your first 12 months as a Warehouse Junior as part of our Pre-Apprenticeship Program, learning how our business runs from the ground up while working alongside our installation, warehouse and office teams.

Key responsibilities

Pick, pack and prepare stock and equipment for daily install jobs

Load and unload vehicles and manage incoming deliveries

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe

Track stock levels and help maintain accurate inventory

Assist installation teams with general labouring when required

Follow safe work practices and uphold company quality standards

About you

Reliable, punctual and keen to learn

Genuine interest in building a long-term career as an electrician

Comfortable with manual handling and warehouse work

Good communication with managers, office staff and colleagues

Safety-focused with strong attention to detail

A team player who takes initiative

NSW Safety White Card (or willing to obtain before starting)

Working at heights and forklift ticket (desired, not essential - training can be provided)
