Qualifications

• 2nd–4th Year Electrical Apprentice (2 years completed preferred).
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• White Card.
• Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, professional and team focused.
• Solar experience is highly regarded and will be viewed favourably.
• Looking for long-term growth not just another apprenticeship.
• Mature-age apprentices encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Solar panel, inverter and battery installations.
• Learning wiring practices, compliance requirements and commissioning.
• Site setup, layouts and installation preparation.
• Supporting residential and commercial installs.
• Troubleshooting and assisting with technical issues.
• Maintaining safe, clean and organised worksites.
• Delivering quality outcomes and customer experiences.
