Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support stock movements between state and national warehouses, clinics and agents in Melbourne, VIC. You will help maintain ERP records and ensure timely, accurate stock handling.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, organising stock movements, stock-take activities, and upholding safety and compliance across operations. Prior logistics experience is preferred; forklift license is ideal but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Forklift licence is ideal but not required; willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, clinics and agents.
• Update and maintain stock records in the ERP system.
• Organise delivery runs and ensure correct stock is available.
• Perform stock takes and QA of oxygen and CPAP equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
