Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is looking for a stock movements coordinator to manage the flow of stock between state and national warehouses, clinics and agents, while keeping the ERP up to date and reporting shortages.

You will organise stock movements, perform stock takes, QA oxygen and CPAP equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. forklift license is ideal but not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

Previous experience in delivery, logistical, warehouse or related field.
Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, safety rules, and procedures.
Computer literacy in spreadsheets, documents and email applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate stock movements between State and National warehouses, clinics and agents.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update ERP with movements.
Organise delivery runs and ensure correct stock is available.
Perform stock take activities and QA of oxygen/CPAP equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS and MSDS requirements.
Assist in creating delivery runs and updating records.
