Job summary

Diversified Corporation in Australia’s Queensland region seeks a Store Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will lead end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure materials, equipment and supplies meet project requirements with a focus on efficiency and WHSEQ compliance.

You will supervise a team, manage stock accuracy, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries while maintaining records and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
• Exposure to AV industry desirable.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of WHSEQ regulations and ISO quality standards.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence held.
• Manual drivers licence desirable.
• Citizenship right to work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stocktakes.
• Monitor stock levels and manage project-specific materials, including cables and connectors.
• Optimise warehouse space, equipment and resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage delivery schedules and update tracking systems.
• Support national warehouse initiatives and general site maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
• Conduct team briefings and manage performance.
