Job summary

PFD Food Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Queensland to lead a three-Supervisor team across multiple shifts, drive warehouse efficiency and uphold a strong safety culture.

You will oversee picking/pack, inventory control, and dispatch while managing staffing, cost control, and system usage to improve performance. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Hands-on experience in pick/pack, inventory control and dispatch.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), rostering and cost control.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coordinate Supervisors and their teams across multiple shifts.
• Be on the floor to support the team and maintain strong working relationships.
• Oversee warehouse KPIs including picking accuracy, damaged stock reduction and on-time dispatch.
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs, especially during peak periods and public holidays.
