Abco Products is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Park Ridge QLD operations. This role isn’t about clocking in; it’s about shaping how we operate, with your voice and ideas shaping the culture and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• A natural leader who communicates clearly and earns respect.
• Experience with warehouse management software.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not essential).

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Drive quality control and resolve any product or process discrepancies fast.
• Constantly look for better ways to do things — and have the backing to implement them.
• Collaborate across departments to make the whole business run smarter.
