Job summary

Healius is seeking a Warehouse Administrator at North Ryde, NSW to support our supply and distribution operations. You will receive goods, manage stock, process daily orders and coordinate dispatch to laboratories and collection centres, using SAP and warehouse systems.

The role suits entry-level or experienced candidates who are reliable, organised and team players. You will maintain accurate records, follow safety practices and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, storage or logistics is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kilograms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and confidence using workplace systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the Stores Department.
• Assist with SAP Purchasing & Inventory Management System.
• Monitor stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records and efficient work practices.
• Handle ad-hoc order management/receipting responsibilities as needed.
