Job summary

Healius Limited is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support our Supply team by receiving goods, managing stock and coordinating dispatches to laboratories and collection centres across Australia. You will use warehouse systems and SAP to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates who are reliable, organized, and enjoy hands-on work in a team environment, with a focus on safety and accuracy in daily warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day running of the Stores Department
• Assisting with SAP Purchasing & Inventory Management System
• Effective monitoring of stock in the warehouse
• Ad-hoc order management / receipting responsibilities as required
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and safe warehouse practices
