Job summary

BOSS Engineering is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Forrestdale. This hands-on role spans warehouse, inventory and production support, collaborating with production, purchasing and management while engaging suppliers and customers.

You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, monitor stock levels, receive and record stock, and drive improvements to keep production moving with a safe, tidy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory control with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Willingness to step up and own warehouse and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages and proactively chase outstanding parts.
• Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming stock and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate picking, packing, transfers and material movements to keep production moving.
• Maintain accurate inventory and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with suppliers and customers regarding orders, deliveries and requirements.
• Identify stock, process and workflow issues and drive practical improvements.
• Prepare and communicate shortfall and supply information ahead of production requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and highly organised warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator – BOSS Engineering

BOSS Engineering is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Forrestdale.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility across our warehouse, inventory and production support functions. You’ll work closely with our production, purchasing and management teams, while also dealing directly with suppliers and customers.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.
