Ausworkwear & Safety in Cairns is seeking a motivated warehouse professional to join our fast-paced Cairns DC. You will receive stock deliveries, bill vendor invoices, pick and pack customer orders, and manage stock while supporting embroidery and printing orders.

Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience with ERP systems, excellent communication and teamwork, and a hands-on, finish-what-you-start approach.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated & results driven individual to join our team in our fast paced CAIRNS DC.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Receive Stock Deliveries
• Bill Vendor Invoices
• Pick & Pack Customer Orders
• Receive Customer Orders from Embroidery / Printing
• Stock Management
• Deal with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions

Your skills and experience:

• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible.
• Experience with high level ERP systems
• High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
• Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
• Hands-on “Doer” and “Finisher”.
• RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.

Requirements:

• Monday - Friday Roster
• Previous Experience in similar role
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excellent attention to detail
