The Wholesale Furniture Co. in Stapylton, QLD is seeking an energetic Distribution Centre Leader to supervise busy sites across Stapylton, Townsville and Darwin.

This hands-on role balances floor leadership with administrative duties to keep operations safe, efficient and focused on delivering great service. You'll inspire your team, coordinate receiving, picking and dispatch, manage rostering and reporting, and step in as acting DC Manager when needed.

The Wholesale Furniture Co. – Stapylton QLD

Are you a natural leader who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, solving problems and leading by example? We’re looking for an energetic and motivated person to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Distribution Centres in Stapylton, Townsville and Darwin.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the DC’s operate safely, efficiently and deliver an outstanding experience for both our customers and team members.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in inspiring team by coordinating warehouse operations targets, logistics and safety while providing leadership and support to the team across all sites. You’ll be equally comfortable working on the warehouse floor and managing the administrative functions that keep the operation running smoothly.

When the Distribution Centre Manager is away, you’ll confidently step into the leadership role and ensure the site continues to operate effectively.
