Job summary

IKEA Australia is seeking a Warehouse Co-worker on a temporary, part-time basis. You will pick, pack and check products to fulfill online and in-store orders while meeting KPIs and safety standards.

Rotating shifts from 6:00am to 8:00pm, 30 hours per fortnight, with weekend work. You'll contribute to stock availability, replenishment, and teamwork with a focus on customer service and efficient fulfilment.

Qualifications

  • Temporary, part-time role until February 2027.
  • Rotating roster between 6:00am and 8:00pm.
  • Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Internal job title is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.

Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring IKEA SOPs rules and guidelines are followed to ensure safety of customers and colleagues.
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

About this work area

As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
