Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is hiring a Customer Co-worker in Perth to help customers load items, manage trolleys, and support the customer relations team. You will work across a rotating roster including day and evening shifts, contributing to a smooth store experience.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly manner, and the ability to perform repetitive and physical tasks while delivering excellent service to every customer.

Additional information

• These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.


• You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).


• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check, which includes a medical assessment.

About this work area

As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles


• Collecting trolleys from around the IKEA store and carpark to ensure we always have them available to use


• Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, processing transactions, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues


• Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience

As Customer Co-worker you have:
