Job summary

CSE Crosscom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of the warehouse and logistics operation in Australia. Your role will be hands-on, leading a small team, keeping stock under control, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring on-time fulfilment for customers.

You will report to the Branch Manager and focus on stock accuracy, process improvements, safety, and strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to drive reliable service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising logistics or warehouse staff in a commercial environment.
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
  • Current Forklift License.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and people leadership.
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to identify better ways of doing things.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a logistics team and supervise 2 Warehouse Assistants.
  • Coordinate stock movements, deliveries, dispatch and returns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and serialised equipment records.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage stock levels and warehouse movement between branches.
  • Expedite orders with suppliers to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
  • Improve warehouse processes, systems and workflows.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised warehouse.

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take the reins of our warehouse and logistics operation.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead a small team, keep stock and inventory under control, coordinate suppliers and deliveries, and make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead our Logistics team and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, supporting and developing a team of 2 Warehouse Assistants
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries, dispatch and returns
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records, including serialised equipment
  • Conducting regular stock takes and investigating discrepancies
  • Managing stock levels, storage and movement between branches
  • Coordinating suppliers and expediting orders to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring products and materials meet required specifications
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • Improving warehouse processes, systems and workflows
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, secure and well‑organised warehouse
  • Ensuring all warehouse and logistics procedures are followed
  • Working closely with Procurement, Technical Services, Projects, Sales, Finance and Administration
  • Monitoring team performance, timesheets and day‑to‑day priorities
  • Championing a strong safety culture and leading by example
What you’ll bring

You’ll be an experienced warehouse or logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership and getting results.

We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience supervising or managing logistics/warehouse personnel in a commercial environment
  • Experience or qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing
  • A current Forklift License
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communication and people leadership skills
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • A genuine commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
  • The confidence to identify better ways of doing things and make them happen

Experience or knowledge of radio and telecommunications products and services will be highly regarded.
