The Memo is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Melbourne team. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll pick, pack and dispatch orders across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels, while keeping stock organised and safe.

You’ll work collaboratively, handle scanners and pallet jacks, and follow safety procedures. The role is casual, requires availability during standard business hours, and knowledge of order systems is a plus.

Competenze

• Warehouse or pick-pack experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 15–20 kg and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer literacy with scanners or order systems.

About The Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately across our retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing, labelling and dispatching orders in line with courier requirements
• Receiving, unpacking and storing inbound stock
• Replenishing picking locations to ensure stock availability
• Keeping warehouse areas organised, clean and safe
• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys and scanners
• Following workplace health and safety and manual handling practices

We are currently recruiting for casual team members, the position requires availability during standard business hours.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in doing things properly.

You’re reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy matters.

You:

• Have previous warehouse or pick‑packing experience (great but not essential)
• Have strong attention to detail and follow processes carefully
• Are physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 15–20kg and standing for long periods
• Have basic computer literacy (scanners or order systems)
• Are reliable, punctual and organised
• A forklift licence is a bonus, but not required
• Most importantly, you’re someone who shows up, pitches in and cares about doing good work.
