Job summary

The Brothers Green is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Sydney warehouse and production operations in St Peters. This part-time, fixed-term role runs through December 2027, with Mondays as the regular day.

You will help bottle and package Move Joint Support, pick and pack orders, and support general warehouse and factory tasks within a small team. We value practical, hands-on work and reliability; training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Brothers Green is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Sydney factory and store team in St Peters.

We’re a natural hemp health & wellness brand that started in Christchurch, New Zealand, and now have customers across both NZ and Australia. Our Sydney operation is growing, and we’re looking for someone practical, reliable and happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

THE ROLE

This is a part-time, fixed-term role through to December 2027, working Mondays.

You’ll be helping keep our Sydney warehouse and production operation running smoothly, with a mix of production, packing and general warehouse work.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Bottling and packaging our Move Joint Support
• Picking and packing customer orders
• General warehouse organisation and keeping things tidy
• Helping with stock and general factory tasks
• Pitching in wherever needed to keep things moving

No two days are necessarily the same, and we're a small team — so everyone gets involved!

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and turns up ready to get stuck in
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a small team
• Isn't afraid of the less glamorous warehouse jobs!
• Takes pride in doing a good job
• Previous warehouse, production or manufacturing experience would be great, but it’s not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone we can rely on who is happy to get involved and have a go.
