Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals – Ryde NSW is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson for an ongoing casual position in a busy distribution team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure accurate receipt, storage and movement of medical products while upholding quality and inventory accuracy.

The role requires an LF forklift licence, healthcare/regulated industry experience, and the ability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence is required.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with warehouse computer systems.
• Good communication and team orientation.
• Able to manually handle 10–12 kg.
• Available for immediate start on an ongoing casual basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to unload deliveries.
• Receive and inspect stock from providers.
• Break down pallets and stock into storage.
• Put stock away accurately and maintain inventory.
• Update inventory using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping.
• Manual handling of products up to 10–12 kg.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

About the Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a busy distribution team on an ongoing casual basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and movement of medical products while maintaining high standards of quality and inventory accuracy.

Duties

• Operate a forklift to safely unload incoming deliveries
• Receive and inspect stock from transport providers
• Break down pallets and put stock away accurately
• Update inventory using the warehouse management systemMaintain accurate inventory and warehouse housekeeping
• Perform manual handling of products up to 10–12kg
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence required
• Warehouse experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, veterinary, cosmetics or a similar regulated industry
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Confident using warehouse computer systems
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Able to undertake manual handling of up to 10–12kg
• Available to start immediately and commit to an ongoing casual assignment
