Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson for an ongoing casual role in Sydney. You will manage receipt, storage and movement of medical products, with emphasis on accuracy and stock control.

Key duties include forklift operation for unloading, stock checks, pallet breakdowns and data entry in the warehouse system. Immediate start available with a stable, supportive healthcare business.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence required.
• Experience in warehouse roles within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Confident using warehouse computer systems.
• Good communication and team focus.
• Able to perform manual handling of 10–12kg.
• Available to start immediately and commit to an ongoing casual assignment.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a busy distribution team on an ongoing casual basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and movement of medical products while maintaining high standards of quality and inventory accuracy.

Duties

• Operate a forklift to safely unload incoming deliveries
• Receive and inspect stock from transport providers
• Break down pallets and put stock away accurately
• Update inventory using the warehouse management system
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse housekeeping
• Perform manual handling of products up to 10–12kg
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence required
• Warehouse experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, veterinary, cosmetics or a similar regulated industry
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Confident using warehouse computer systems
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Able to undertake manual handling of up to 10–12kg
• Available to start immediately and commit to an ongoing casual assignment
