Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group in Sydney's Northern Beaches area is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a 6-month casual assignment with a potential to extend. You will assist with picking, packing and dispatching orders, while maintaining accurate stock records.

The role suits someone who is active, values accuracy and can work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Immediate start required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry would be advantageous.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to commit to a casual assignment and start immediately.
• Good communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare goods for dispatch.
• Support receiving and check incoming stock.
• Complete stock rotation and stock checks.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Work within temperature-controlled areas.
• Perform manual handling up to 15kg.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

About the opportunity

An opportunity is available for a Warehouse Assistant to join the team for a6-month casual assignment, with potential to extend. You will primarily support the team with picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, along with general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active and takes pride in accuracy.
