Job summary

Airfoil Manufacturing Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Moorebank NSW facility. This casual role covers day-to-day warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, scanning, forklift operation, and stock control, while maintaining safe, accurate records. The role offers flexible casual shifts and opportunities to develop skills in warehousing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items regularly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward work.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual shifts as required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Relevant forklift certification.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and checking incoming goods for accuracy and condition.
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems.
• Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications and documentation.
• Preparing shipments and ensuring all items are correctly labelled and documented.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Following all health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Moorebank NSW facility. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing meaningful work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting the distribution and storage of goods, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. This position is integral to our day-to-day operations and provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in the warehousing and logistics industry.
