Job summary

Taipan is a leading Australian hydraulic company seeking a Warehouse assistant to join our Caboolture team. This full-time role offers stable Monday–Friday hours with a guaranteed 40-hour week.

You will pick and pack orders, load and unload vehicles, operate forklift trucks, liaise with transport services, conduct stock takes, and assist with hose assemblies to customer specifications. Safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with good hands-on skills and eye for detail.
• Be coachable and take pride in your work.
• Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.

So much so that we are in need of a new Warehouse assistant to join our growing team.

We are seeking a full-time team member to join our team. This position offers stable Monday–Friday hours, with a guaranteed 40-hour work week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pick & pack orders, load/unload vehicles, and operate forklift trucks.
• Answer telephone enquiries and liaise with transport/courier services.
• Conduct stock takes, report on stock levels, and ensure quality control.
• Assemble and test hoses as per customer specifications.
• Comply with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and perform additional tasks as needed.

To be successful you\'ll need some or all of the following:

• Be coachable and take pride in your work.
• Physically fit with good hands-on skills and an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.
• Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and either have or be willing to obtain a forklift license.
