Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a logistics assistant to prepare deliveries from orders and manage expeditions, returns, and on-site customer inquiries. You will support visibility across the order-to-invoice process with internal customers, ensuring contract commitments are met.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics and SAP knowledge for Equipment flow, with a strong focus on customer service orientation and accurate data handling. Based in Australia with onsite responsibilities.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realizes expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, inform internal Customers about the stocks.
