Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a field-based technician to install medical devices in patients’ homes and hospitals in line with clinical prescriptions and local regulations.

You will train patients in device use, monitor autonomy and adherence, and report outcomes to prescribers to support ongoing treatment. The role emphasizes patient satisfaction and proactive safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Technical degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics and basic electronics.
• Ability to install medical devices in home and hospital settings.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber
• Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
