Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support commercial activities and patient/customer interfaces on the Gold Coast. The role involves handling routine calls, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating with sales and technical staff to respond to customer needs.

You will answer inquiries, manage orders and service requests, and analyze service requirements to enable efficient operations.

Job description

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

• Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
• Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
• Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to‑date with customer needs.
• Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
• Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.

Are you a MATCH?

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in general office practice
• Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
