Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking technicians to install medical devices in patients' homes and hospitals across Victoria, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and local regulations.

You will train patients, gather feedback for prescribers, and support adherence to treatment while maintaining high patient satisfaction. This role offers the chance to contribute to a patient-centered, safety-focused care program within a global health leader.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to local regulations and prescriptions.
• Train patients in the use of equipment according to local regulations.
• Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow-up and treatment adherence.
• Ensure patient and prescriber satisfaction through ongoing follow-up.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber
• Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
