Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking an experienced administrator to support the commercial team and patients. You will handle contract management, liaise with customer organisations and payors, and ensure smooth administrative processes for sleep services and CPAP therapy.

Key duties include taking routine calls, maintaining product/service knowledge, coordinating with sales and technical staff, handling inquiries and requests, and analyzing customer service needs to improve

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in general office practice.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

Are you a MATCH?

1. 1. College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
2. 2. 7+ years of experience in general office practice
3. 3. Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
