Job summary

Bolt + Buckle in Murwillumbah is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant to join a small, hands-on team. You will manage stock movements, keep stores and warehouse organized, and support the three stores with inventory needs.

This is an exciting opportunity in the retail and fashion industry. You will form part of a small and dynamic team along side the owners and other team members, being responsible for inventory management, warehouse organisation and supporting the stores with their inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock System Support:
• Manage stock movements using the Retail Express Software.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of inventory levels and movements.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of stock levels across three stores.
• Warehouse Coordination :
• You will be responsible for stock management in the warehouse, planning for larger incoming shipments of goods and best practice storage.
• Performance of rotating stock counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Maintenance of a clean and organised warehouse
• Packing and Deliveries:
• Packing and posting wholesale orders, online customer orders and replenishment of stock to the 3 stores
• Liaison with Stores:
• Communicate regularly with retail team and staff to ensure smooth stock operations.
• Coordinate the stocktake process from time to time in the stores, including investigations and recommendations to ensure stock accuracy
• Support stores in unpacking, labelling and storeage of stock

What you'll need to succeed

• - Skilled in reviewing reports and data analysis to support inventory storage decisions.
• - Effective communication and liaison abilities.
• - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• - Strong proficiency in inventory management systems,
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Google documents
• - Proven experience in fast paced working environment with high level of initiative - retail industry experience highly regarded!
