Job summary

FedEx Express, a global leader in express transportation and logistics, invites applications for an Operations Support Agent in Yandina, Queensland. This full-time role supports station administration, data entry, and customer service, with forklift operation when trained.

You will assist with scanning compliance, help supervisors with filing and audits, order station supplies, and aid drivers with delivery discrepancies while maintaining reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced operational environment (preferred).
• Reliability and ability to work unsupervised.
• Display initiative and a pro-active approach.

Hours: Full-Time 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service written and verbal.
• Assist with station scanning compliance
• Assist Operations Supervisors with station administration, scanning, filing, audits, etc
• Ordering station equipment and supplies
• Enter data accurately and assist drivers with delivery discrepancies
• Support contractor management compliance
• When required, operate forklifts to load and unload freight
• When required, sort and move freight within the warehouse (manual handling)

What You Bring:

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced operational environment (preferred)
• Reliability and ability to work unsupervised
• Display initiative and a pro-active approach
• Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
• Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft excel, outlook, and word.
• Ability to adapt to various FedEx internal IT systems
• A valid forklift license or the willingness to be trained when onboard
